This is a part-time hybrid role for a Property Maintenance Manager – Operations.
The position is based in Abu Dhabi but offers flexibility with some remote work opportunities.
The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate maintenance operations, manage facility improvement projects, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Additionally, the role involves engaging with property stakeholders, identifying operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and practical Maintenance expertise
- Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple property improvement initiatives
- Leadership and Team Management capabilities to effectively direct and motivate maintenance personnel
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client interactions and resolve property-related concerns effectively
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid work environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices is a plus
