- Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
- Support preventive maintenance including cleaning of filters coils and ducts
- Help with compressor replacement and condenser fan control tasks
- Monitor HVAC system performance and report issues to senior technicians
- Prepare and maintain tools equipment and materials in good condition
- Assist in troubleshooting minor HVAC problems under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures consistently
- Record maintenance activities accurately and update CAFM Computer Aided Facility Management applications to log work orders track tasks and report completed work
