Overview
- Assist in painting and spray-painting of walls, ceilings, and furniture.
- Support grouting, masonry, tile, and marble fixing for repairs and renovations.
- Perform carpentry and furniture repair tasks, including assembling, fixing, and refinishing furniture.
- Assist in general maintenance activities such as minor repairs, patching, and surface finishing.
- Prepare, clean, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor work areas and report maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Record maintenance activities accurately and update CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) applications for work orders, task tracking, and system updates.
