Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Luxury Real Estate Executive position open to both freshers and experienced agents.

The Luxury Real Estate Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, presenting investment opportunities, negotiating offers, and preparing documentation in line with UAE real estate regulations and company processes.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams (marketing, listing, leasing, and mortgage) to ensure accurate property listings, effective marketing campaigns, and a smooth client experience from first contact to closing.

The Executive will also stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and achieve sales and leasing targets in the luxury segment.

Qualifications

  • Basic to advanced Finance skills related to property transactions, ROI analysis, and mortgage or investment comparisons.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse clients.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage, especially Arabic.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple leads, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity, with a presentable and confident demeanor suitable for the luxury market.
  • Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage, but motivated freshers with strong interpersonal
