Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Off-Plan Sales Executive based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Off-Plan Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by promoting off-plan real estate projects, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. The role will also involve identifying new business opportunities, staying updated with market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining thorough knowledge of PSI’s real estate portfolio will also be key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Property Sales, Negotiations, and Client Relationship Management
- Understanding of real estate markets, particularly off-plan projects, and strong research capabilities
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales management tools
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in real estate, is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages, such as Arabic, is a plus
