Key Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin‑speaking high‑net‑worth clients with luxury property inquiries, private tours, and investment consultations
• Present premium off‑plan and ready properties from Abu Dhabi’s top luxury developers
• Build and manage a portfolio of VIP buyers, investors, and international clients
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, community insights, and market trends
• Conduct lifestyle‑focused presentations tailored to Chinese‑speaking clients
• Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding, sophistication, and luxury‑level service

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high‑end client services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and international investors
• Professional appearance and strong business etiquette
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate market is an advantage
