We're Hiring: Logistics Supervisor ā Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are currently looking for an experienced
Logistics Supervisor
to join our team in
Abu Dhabi
and support offshore drilling and marine logistics operations.
Salary
AED 17,000 per month
Working Hours
8 hours per UAE Labor Law
Annual Leave
30 days per year
Key Responsibilities
ā Supervise loading, unloading, backloading, and storage operations at jetties and shore bases.
ā Coordinate vessel schedules, sailing plans, and cargo priorities with offshore drilling teams and vessel masters.
ā Manage cargo movements, material bundling, transport arrangements, and shipment readiness.
ā Ensure accurate documentation, cargo manifests, inspections, and material tracking.
ā Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, port authorities, and ADNOC affiliates.
ā Monitor compliance with HSE standards, company procedures, and maritime safety requirements.
ā Maintain logistics records, reports, and 24/7 operational readiness.
Requirements
ā Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Marine Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
ā 5ā8 years of offshore logistics experience with strong exposure to marine and vessel operations.
ā Experience supporting offshore drilling or EPC projects is highly preferred.
ā Strong knowledge of offshore support vessels, port, and jetty operations.
ā UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
ā Excellent coordination, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
ā Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
