Overview
We are looking for a Talent Specialist to support recruitment, employee onboarding, training coordination, and daily HR operations in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and hiring activities
- Review applications and coordinate interviews
- Manage employee records and profiles
- Assist with onboarding and orientation programs
- Support training sessions and employee development plans
- Update job descriptions, KPIs, and organizational structures
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
- Experience in HR, preferably in the UAE public sector
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
