Overview
- We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to oversee performance monitoring, quality assurance, and impact measurement for our client company.
- In this role, you will:
- Evaluate company strategy impact and program performance.
- Develop and implement KPIs to track internal and external outcomes.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance frameworks.
- Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage key stakeholders, including government entities, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- We’re looking for a professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in performance management or quality assurance, and deep understanding of local QA frameworks and global standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent).
