We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Mechanical Site Team Leader
to join our team in the
Fertilizer / Petrochemical Industry
.

mechanical maintenance, rotating equipment, shutdown planning, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities
ā Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities for plant equipment
ā Lead maintenance of
compressors, turbines, boilers, vessels, furnaces, generators, and piping systems
ā Manage preventive maintenance schedules and major plant shutdowns
ā Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and improve equipment performance
ā Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Technical Services, OEMs, and Contractors
ā Lead and develop engineering teams, with a focus on training and succession planning
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
or equivalent
āļø Minimum
8 years of Mechanical Engineering experience
in Fertilizer / Petrochemical Plants
āļø At least
5 years in a supervisory role
āļø Strong experience in
installation, testing, and maintenance of rotating/static equipment
