We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Logistics Specialist
to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipping, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, etc.).
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company logistics policies.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and update ERP or tracking systems.
- Support inventory management and warehouse coordination activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles.
- Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight coordination, and customs processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
