- 3+ years of international freight forwarding experience in Australia, with the depth to work independently and guide others
- Strong working knowledge of AQIS and customs requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Advanced Excel and Office 365 skills
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly nature
- CargoWise One experience (preferred, not essential)
- A current police check, or the ability to complete one immediately
