Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in import sea freight operations within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong working knowledge of ICS, CargoWise One (CW1), and other freight management systems.
- Familiarity with sea cargo automation processes and common system-related issues.
- Team-Oriented with a Positive Attitude
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy and client satisfaction.
