About This Role
Overview
We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented Store Keepers to oversee warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock control within our food trading and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong ERP knowledge, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to operate efficiently in temperature-controlled storage environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates
- Supervise the receiving, inspection, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure proper storage practices, including FIFO and expiry date monitoring
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly inventory reports
- Coordinate effectively with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report discrepancies or variances
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
- Operate within temperature-controlled storage areas ranging from **5°C to 15°C** when required
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in food trading or logistics
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory control procedures
- Good reporting, organizational, and coordination skills
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Proven ability to supervise and guide warehouse staff
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (5°C to 15°C)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
