Overview

Noorka Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our operations team in

Dubai

.

This role is ideal for a professional who can coordinate logistics activities, manage transportation schedules, and ensure the efficient movement of goods while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
  • Schedule shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with customers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and drivers.
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status.
  • Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and logistics reports.
  • Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock availability.
  • Resolve transportation issues, delivery delays, and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of freight coordination, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of UAE logistics and transportation regulations is an advantage.
