The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and various departments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle office correspondence professionally.
- Organize, maintain, and update filing systems and company records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage office calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and HR departments to support daily operations.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, efficient, and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Professional attitude and the ability to handle confidential information.
