Amazon is hiring a Logistics Executive for its Delivery Partner Management team to manage Delivery Service Partner relationships and support transportation operations.
The team manages partner relationships across the business lifecycle, advising partners on challenges, business planning, strategy, and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Understand transportation operations challenges, identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
- Map business requirements and processes, analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
- Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasts, budgets, and analyses to identify improvements.
- Research industry practices and apply them to business problems.
- Monitor program performance, own network compliance scores for assigned accounts, and track partner capacity reliability.
- Launch projects or services with stakeholders and on-ground partners; maintain regular partner check-ins and resolve issues with stakeholders and DSPs.
Basic qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications is preferred.
