Amazon is seeking a Logistics Executive for its Delivery Partner Management team.
The role manages Delivery Service Partners and serves as a bridge between partners and Amazon.
The team supports partner relationships across the business lifecycle and advises partners on challenges, planning, strategy, and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Understand transportation operations issues and challenges, identify strengths and weaknesses, and suggest areas for improvement.
- Map business requirements, understand processes, analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
- Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasts, budgets, and analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build knowledge of industry practices and apply it to business problems.
- Monitor program performance, own network compliance scores for associated accounts, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Basic qualifications
- Speak, write, and read English fluently.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications is preferred.
