Logistics coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for project materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Plan transportation using trucks, trailers, cranes, and other logistics resources.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, site teams, procurement, and project management.
- Track shipments and deliver materials to site according to project schedules.
- Prepare delivery notes, GRNs, shipping documents, transport permits, and logistics records.
- Monitor vehicle movements, driver schedules, loading and unloading, and delivery status.
- Ensure proper handling, loading, securing, and transportation of materials and equipment.
- Arrange transportation for personnel and equipment mobilization or demobilization when required.
Reporting, costs, and issue resolution
- Monitor logistics costs and support cost-effective transportation planning.
- Maintain updated logistics trackers and prepare daily or weekly status reports.
- Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and site access constraints.
- Coordinate with customs or clearing agents for imported materials and equipment when applicable.
- Support major mobilization, demobilization, and material movement activities.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, site procedures, Saudi regulations, and client requirements.
