About This Role
Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our supply chain, ensuring the seamless movement of goods from suppliers to customers while maintaining high standards of efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Coordination: Plan, schedule, and track inbound and outbound shipments (Sea, Air, and Land) to ensure on-time delivery.
- Compliance & Documentation: Prepare and manage essential shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Ensure full compliance with ZATCA, SFDA, and Saudi customs regulations.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and 3PL providers to negotiate competitive rates and monitor service performance.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels across warehouses and coordinate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and distribution.
- Process Optimization: Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) to generate reports, analyze logistics data, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot delivery delays, customs hurdles, or shipment discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination within Saudi Arabia.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel) and experienced with logistics modules in ERP/TMS software.
- **Languages:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- **Knowledge:**
- Deep understanding of KSA import/export procedures, Fasah system, and local transport laws.
