Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor shipment status
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to resolve operational issues
Inventory & Warehouse Support
- Track and manage inventory levels to ensure availability and accuracy
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
- Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and inventory reconciliation
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (invoices, delivery notes, shipping records)
- Generate regular reports on shipment status, delays, and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
Process Improvement & Coordination
- Identify operational inefficiencies and support process optimization initiatives
- Escalate delays, risks, or issues in a timely and structured manner
- Contribute to improving supply chain visibility and cost efficiency
