Job Requirements
- +3 years of detailed experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation
- Preferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications
Responsibilities
- Manage order processing
- Perform customer order plausibility analysis
- Plan, book, and manage transportation orders
- Coordinate and follow up on shipments
- Handle customs processing for export and import
- Manage documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing
- Provide feedback and reporting to internal and external customers via mail, phone, and EDI
- Perform operational troubleshooting
- Report non-conformance in accordance with KPIs
- Cooperate with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
- Process end-to-end shipments
- Ensure punctual and flawless order handling and documentation
