- تحسين كفاءة التشغيل:
- العمل على رفع كفاءة استخدام الأسطول من خلال تحليل مسارات الحركة، ومعدلات استهلاك الوقود، وتقييم أداء السائقين، لضمان أعلى إنتاجية وأفضل ترشيد للتكاليف.
- إدارة الصيانة والدعم الفني:
- الإشراف الكامل على عمليات صيانة وإصلاح المركبات، بما في ذلك جدولة الصيانة الوقائية، وإدارة العلاقة مع مراكز الخدمة والموردين، وضمان مطابقة جميع المركبات لمعايير السلامة.
- إدارة المشتريات والخدمات اللوجستية:
- متابعة عمليات الشراء الخاصة باحتياجات الأسطول والشركة، ومراقبة المخزون وضمان توريد قطع الغيار والمستلزمات في الوقت المحدد وبأفضل جودة وسعر.
- تطبيق معايير السلامة والامتثال:
- تنفيذ وتطوير بروتوكولات السلامة للسائقين وكافة العاملين، والحد من الحوادث المهنية، وضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح المرورية والقوانين المنظمة للصناعة.
- الرقابة والتقارير:
- مراقبة العمليات اليومية وإصدار تقارير دورية حول حالة الأسطول والمصاريف التشغيلية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية السليمة.
