- Manage the end-to-end shipping process, including customs clearance, documentation, and freight forwarding, guaranteeing timely and compliant delivery of goods.
- Oversee inventory levels and reorder points for shipping supplies, proactively managing stock to prevent shortages and ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze shipping data and identify opportunities for process improvement, optimizing routes, carriers, and packaging to minimize costs and transit times.
