**Job Summary:** The Driver is responsible for movement of vehicles within Car showroom, Service Center and stock yard.
This role involves driving company vehicles, adhering to customer delivery schedules, and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
The Driver must maintain a high level of customer service and comply with all transportation laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring that goods are properly secured and protected during transit.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders, ensuring all items are accounted for before and after delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes, receipts, and any other required documentation.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist in warehouse operations when required, including picking, packing, and organizing inventory.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid UAE driver’s license appropriate to the vehicle class, with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Familiarity with local routes and the ability to navigate efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, as required.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and handle unexpected situations calmly.
