Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Emirati Showroom Sales Executiv

e to join our automotive sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, developing customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and departmental sales target.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate vehicle sales through walk-in customers, referrals, digital leads, and prospecting activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and vehicle purchase documentation
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Stay updated on product specifications, features, pricing, and market trends
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and manufacturer standards
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is a must requirement.
  • Valid Driving License preferred.
