We are a leading manpower supply company in the UAE providing highly skilled professionals to major construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects. We are currently expanding our team and seeking experienced and safety-focused Lifting Supervisors for immediate deployment.
Job Description:
We are looking for a competent Lifting Supervisor to oversee and coordinate lifting operations at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved lift plans and international safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site lifting activities and crane operations
- Ensure lifting operations are executed as per approved lift plans and method statements
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams
- Conduct toolbox talks prior to lifting activities
- Inspect lifting equipment and accessories before use
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and client requirements
- Stop operations immediately if unsafe conditions are observed
- Maintain records of lifting operations and inspections
- Liaise with client representatives and consultants regarding lifting activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Valid Lifting Supervisor certification (LEEA / CITB / Approved Training Center)
- Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging practices, and crane operations
- Familiar with lift plan implementation and risk assessments
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to join immediately preferred
