About This Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and safety-driven Lifting Supervisor with proven experience in ADNOC projects and a valid CP-19 certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all lifting operations, ensuring compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, and coordinating with site teams to execute lifting activities safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on-site in accordance with approved lifting plans and ADNOC safety standards.
  • Ensure all lifting activities comply with ADNOC CoP, HSE policies, and international safety regulations.
  • Review and approve lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements prior to execution.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings to ensure all personnel understand the lifting procedure and safety requirements.
  • Verify that cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories are properly inspected, certified, and fit for use.
  • Monitor lifting operations to ensure adherence to safe practices and intervene when unsafe conditions arise.
  • Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other site personnel for smooth execution of lifting tasks.
  • Ensure proper selection and use of lifting gear based on load requirements.
  • Maintain records of lifting operations, inspections, and certifications.
  • Report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, and assist in incident investigations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
  • Valid CP-19 Lifting Supervisor Certification (Third Party Approved).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in oil & gas or construction projects.
  • Mandatory ADNOC project experience (onshore/offshore preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and load calculations.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC HSE standards, PTW systems, and lifting procedures.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and technical drawings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
  • Experience with heavy/critical lifts and offshore operations.
  • First Aid and Firefighting training.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
