We are a leading manpower supply company in Dubai specializing in providing skilled personnel to major construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a LEEA Certified Lifting Supervisor with strong experience in supervising lifting operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate must ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UAE regulations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities on site
• Ensure all lifting operations are conducted in accordance with approved lifting plans
• Conduct pre-lift meetings and toolbox talks
• Inspect lifting equipment and accessories before use
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams
• Identify potential risks and implement control measures
• Maintain proper documentation related to lifting operations

Requirements:

• Valid LEEA Certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lifting operations within the UAE construction industry
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, accessories, and safety procedures
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and understand lifting plans and method statements
• Immediate joiners preferred
