Requirements:
✔ 4–5 years experience as HSE Officer in Oil & Gas
✔ Strong knowledge of lifting operations & safety procedures
✔ Offshore experience is mandatory
✔ Familiar with risk assessment, lifting plans & toolbox talks
✔ Relevant certifications (Lifting Supervisor / HSE) preferred
✔ Good communication & leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise all lifting operations on site
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies
Coordinate with rigging team and crane operators
Conduct safety briefings and inspections
Monitor equipment and lifting gear certifications
