About Elite Sports Academy
Elite Sports Academy is a leading sports services provider in the Middle East, offering sports coaching, school programs, holiday camps, facility management, and PE staffing across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a responsible, alert, and certified Lifeguard to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students and coaches around swimming facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming activities and enforce pool safety rules.
- Ensure the safety of all students, coaches, and visitors.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and provide CPR and first aid when required.
- Conduct regular safety checks of the pool area and equipment.
- Maintain the pool area in a clean and safe condition.
- Report safety, maintenance, or equipment issues to the facility supervisor.
- Support coaches during swimming sessions when required.
- Participate in safety training, drills, and team briefings.
- Complete required reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard certification.
- Valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
- Previous lifeguard experience, preferably in a sports or school environment.
- Strong swimming ability and good physical fitness.
- Excellent awareness, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid driving licence.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work professionally with children, parents, and staff.
Compensation
- Salary Package: SAR 3,000 plus Company Accommodation.
- Pay: Up to ﷼3,000.00 per month.
