EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or Technical Associate Degree
  • Minimum of 8 years working with vacuum chambers
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Experience documenting Manufacturing Processes
  • Demonstrated training effectiveness of production staff on new or updated processes
  • Organized, motivated, approachable and able to prioritize multiple tasks without direct supervision
  • OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Mechanical ability
  • Ability to Multitask and high level of attention to detail
  • Effective training of production staff
  • Lean manufacturing and 5S training
  • This position is a site-based role.

  • Total Rewards
  • The compensation range for this position is $54,200.00 - $81,400.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
