Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ prior experience machining precision products and tools on a CNC machine (set-up AND operation)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable and predictable attendance
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • Proficiency using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and bore gauges
  • Basic understanding of machining feeds, speeds, tooling, and workholding
  • Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make offset adjustments as needed
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD/CAM software
  • Experience in tooling, mold, or die maintenance
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane experience
  • Technical certification in machining or manufacturing technology
