Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management for Partners and fee earners
- Document production, formatting and legal correspondence
- Coordinating international travel and client meetings
- Supporting billing, expenses and financial administration
- Preparing presentations, reports and client-facing materials
- General legal secretarial and administrative support
- About you
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within an international law firm is essential
- Experience supporting multiple Partners and fee earners
- Strong document production and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Professional, proactive and highly detail-oriented
