We are seeking to hire a
Legal Manager (UAEN)
to provide end-to-end legal support across commercial, regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters, with a strong focus on MEA region engagements.
The role involves hands-on responsibility for contract negotiation, legal risk assessment, and stakeholder advisory across business functions.
The position is based in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s degree in Law or related specialization
- 12–15 years of relevant experience, preferably within the IT industry
- Strong experience in commercial contracting and transactional legal work
- In-depth understanding of the UAE legal and regulatory landscape
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment
- UAE Family Book required
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the review, negotiation, and closure of commercial contracts across the MEA region
- Advise on regulatory, legal, and compliance matters
- Support transactional, litigation, and risk-related matters
- Partner with business, HR, Compliance, and regional legal teams
- Provide legal guidance throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Negotiate and translate contracts in Arabic and English
- Escalate critical legal matters to the Regional Legal Head when required
- Develop templates, policies, and internal legal frameworks
