to support the Director on legal, investment, and business matters.
The ideal candidate must be currently based in the UAE, possess experience in corporate or investment legal environments, and demonstrate strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Director on legal, business, and operational matters.
- Review and coordinate commercial contracts, investment documentation, legal correspondence, and corporate agreements.
- Support legal and investment-related follow-ups and liaise with external legal counsel, consultants, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Assist with compliance, licensing, and corporate governance matters.
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, executive summaries, and confidential correspondence.
- Conduct preliminary legal reviews, identify potential risks, and coordinate the execution of Director directives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law, legal/business coordination with
- strong exposure to investment legal matters
- **Candidates currently based in the UAE with prior UAE experience are strongly preferred.**
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and executive coordination capabilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
