We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Litigation Assistant / Legal Assistant with strong knowledge of the UAE judicial system, court procedures, and enforcement processes.
The ideal candidate will support litigation matters from case preparation through judgment enforcement, while maintaining excellent communication with clients, courts, government authorities, and legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with litigation matters before UAE courts.
- Manage case files, court filings, deadlines, and hearing schedules.
- Prepare legal correspondence, reports, and case summaries.
- Follow up on court judgments, execution, and enforcement proceedings.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and government authorities.
- Provide regular case updates and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE litigation/legal assistant experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE court procedures and enforcement processes.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and UAE court portals.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.
