Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team at Seven Seas Hotel, UAE.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and have up to **2 years of legal experience in the UAE**.
This role supports legal and administrative functions related to contracts, compliance, and coordination with external parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts
- Translate legal documents between Arabic and English when required
- Coordinate with external lawyers, government authorities, and internal departments
- Maintain legal records, files, and databases
- Support compliance with UAE laws and regulations
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to the legal department
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (fluency required); good command of English
- Maximum 2 years of legal experience in the UAE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- Knowledge of UAE legal procedures and documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, or corporate environment is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
