Leasing Specialist

About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Managing commercial & Retail properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maximizing property value, and maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations:

Respond promptly and effectively to tenant inquiries and concerns.

Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues.

Handle tenant complaints and resolve disputes professionally.

Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs.

Enforce lease agreements and property rules.

Financial Management:

Collect rent payments and ensure timely processing.

Prepare and monitor property budgets.

Track and analyze property expenses.

Prepare financial reports for management.

Property Maintenance:

Oversee property maintenance and repairs.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations.

Ensure the property is well-maintained and in good condition.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.

Marketing & Leasing:

Market vacant units to potential tenants.

Conduct property tours and showings.

Prepare and review lease agreements.

Screen and qualify prospective tenants.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate property records and documentation.

Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.

Stay informed of relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience as a Property Manager or in a related field.

Strong Experience in Commercial Properties & Retails

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
