Leasing Specialist( Abu Dahbi Capital Mall & China Centre)

About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing & Sales:
• Greet and assist prospective tenants in person, via phone, or online.
• Provide property tours and highlight key features and amenities.
• Answer questions about the leasing process, rental rates, and terms of lease agreements.
• Market available units to maximize occupancy through advertising, outreach, and networking.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing contracts.
• Tenant Relations:
• Process rental applications and screen potential tenants for approval.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and maintain excellent tenant relationships.
• Resolve tenant concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing transactions and tenant interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to leasing.
• Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports on leasing activities and occupancy levels.
• Marketing & Outreach:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including online and social media marketing.
• Participate in community outreach and promotional events to increase brand visibility and attract prospects.
• Property Management Support:
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure readiness and quality of available units.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on work orders.
• Assist with property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Arabic speaking and reading is a plus.
• a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with property management software and general computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and local rental regulations.
