Role Details
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and any other suitable means.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and generate leads.
- Build a continuous pipeline of Rental Properties and keep up-to-date & accurate records of all properties and clients on our CRM.
- Qualify clients and arrange viewings for suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property proposals.
- Negotiate and close Lettings transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
