We are looking for talented LEASING CONSULTANT to join our multi-awarded company.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle assigned residential & commercial leasing properties
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and occupancy goals
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants
- Follow up on leads and close deals
- Maintain accurate market updates and pricing knowledge
- Coordinate with owners, tenants, and internal teams
- Ensure updated property availability and listings
What We Require
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Dubai leasing market & property portals
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Target-driven, professional, and self-motivated
- RERA certification is an advantage
