Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to join our on-site team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for securing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
The role involves providing exceptional customer service, staying current with market trends, and offering clients expert real estate guidance to meet their needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in time management and organization
- Arabic language
- Commission based Job:
- Visa and Broker License from day one
- Generous commission structure ranging from 55–75%
- Weekly commission payouts every Thursday

- Qualified leads directly from our mortgage division
- Additional commissions on every mortgage referral
- AED 5,000 referral fee for agent recommendations
