About Noon Academy

Noon Academy is an edtech platform serving students and teachers across the Middle East.

The company is focused on reinventing schools and learning experiences in Saudi Arabia through AI, peer-to-peer learning, and physical classrooms.

Role Overview

The Learning Operations / Automation Manager will run the Sciences content function covering Biology and Chemistry.

The role begins with delivery and people management before shifting toward process automation and AI-enabled tooling.

The role is based full-time in Riyadh and requires regular office presence.

Team and Delivery Ownership

  • Manage four Design Leads, content creators, and a QA contractor, including goals, feedback, development, and hiring.
  • Own the science content roadmap across Grades 7–12, National and International tracks, and multiple programs.
  • Run capacity planning, production planning, prioritisation, and operating rituals to keep delivery on schedule.

Process, Quality, and Scale

  • Document current lesson, question bank, and assessment production processes before automating them.
  • Set design standards, review gates, and QA workflows with Learning Excellence and Head Teachers.
  • Build templates, trackers, playbooks, and review rituals that support scale without proportional headcount growth.
  • Use learning and assessment data to improve what is produced in future terms.

Automation and Collaboration

  • Design and build AI-driven workflows and tooling using AI agents, data pipelines, and internal tools.
  • Coordinate delivery across Head Teachers, Learning Excellence, Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Experience, and School Operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Three to five or more years of people-management experience, with five years preferred.
  • Background in technology or education, ideally in both.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, workflows, prototypes, skills, or internal tools.
  • Proven delivery in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Fluent Arabic, strong professional English, and residence in Riyadh.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Python, data tooling, dashboards, or AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Instructional design or e-learning certification.
  • Familiarity with Tahsili, Qudrat, or Nafes assessments.
  • Experience with distributed teams, contractors, freelance production pools, or multicultural teams.
