About Noon Academy

Noon Academy is an edtech platform serving more than 12 million students and teachers across the Middle East.

The company is focused on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia through AI, peer-to-peer learning, and physical classroom experiences.

Workplace

  • This is a full-time, Riyadh-based role with an office near the Boulevard.

Role Overview

Lead the Biology and Chemistry learning operations function across National and International science programs.

The role begins with delivery and people management, then expands into process automation and AI-enabled tooling.

The role manages four Design Leads plus content creators and a quality assurance contractor.

What You Will Own

  • Own team goals, one-to-ones, feedback, development, and hiring for Design Leads and related production roles.
  • Document how lessons, question banks, and assessments are produced before automating the workflows.
  • Own the science content roadmap across Grades 7–12, National and International tracks, and multiple assessment programs.
  • Run capacity planning, production planning, prioritisation, and operational unblocking.
  • Set design standards, review gates, and quality assurance workflows with Learning Excellence and Head Teachers.
  • Use assessment and learning-gain data to improve future content production.
  • Coordinate delivery across Head Teachers, Learning Excellence, Product, Engineering, Data, customer experience, and School Operations.
  • Build templates, trackers, playbooks, review rituals, and AI-assisted production systems.
  • Design and build AI-driven workflows and tooling using AI agents, data pipelines, and internal tools.

Must Have

  • At least 3 years of people-management experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Background in technology or education, ideally both.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, workflows, prototypes, skills, or internal tools using tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Proven delivery in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with ownership of outcomes.
  • Fluent Arabic, strong professional English, and a Riyadh base.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or basic Python scripting.
  • Instructional design or e-learning certification.
  • Familiarity with Tahsili, Qudrat, or Nafes assessments.
  • Experience managing distributed teams, contractors, or freelance production pools.
  • Comfort with data tooling, dashboards, and AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Experience in international or multicultural teams.

Why This Role

  • The role has responsibility for four Design Leads, a contractor pool, six programs, Grades 7–12, and National and International tracks.
  • The successful candidate will define the operating system for science content production and work with senior learning leadership.
  • Learning gain, exam outcomes, and delivery reliability provide measurable performance indicators.
