Learning And Development Specialist

Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning and development programs, workshops, and training initiatives.
• Conduct training needs analyses in partnership with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage training calendars, logistics, vendor coordination, and participant communications.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external training providers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on learning participation, completion, and outcomes.
• Support the administration and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning by driving employee engagement with development opportunities.
• Stay informed of industry trends and recommend innovative learning approaches and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR.
• Experience coordinating and delivering corporate learning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and measure program effectiveness.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a multinational, research, technology, or innovation-driven organization.
• Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Instructional Design (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting leadership development, technical training, or organizational capability initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
• 12-month full-time consultant contract with the possibility of extension.
