Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning programmes aligned with business and people objectives; conduct training needs analysis with HR and business leaders.
• Design and coordinate leadership, technical, soft-skills, and employee development programmes; plan, schedule, deliver, evaluate, and follow up on training.
• Source learning solutions, manage provider relationships, and maintain annual L&D plans and training calendars.
• Support career and talent development, competency frameworks, individual development plans, and succession planning.
• Track participation, completion, and effectiveness; report findings and use feedback, assessments, and performance data to recommend improvements.
• Support learning platforms, maintain training records, manage budgets, and keep up with L&D trends and best practices.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant Learning & Development experience, ideally in a medium to large organisation.
• Strong experience in training needs analysis, programme design, training coordination, and evaluation.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, business leaders, external training providers, and consultants.
• Strong project management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Good understanding of talent management, competency development, and career development principles.
