Role overview

Responsibilities

• Achieve direct and indirect sales targets across business lines, including digital solutions.
• Manage inbound enquiries and outbound sales activity across customer channels and business lines.
• Build long-term customer relationships through tailored recommendations and value-driven proposals.
• Provide online customer support and guide clients toward suitable products and services.
• Prepare quotations, update tasks, and arrange appointments across sales channels.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system and share market feedback.
• Support marketing campaigns and related sales initiatives.
• Manage customers from order placement through delivery and installation, ensuring satisfaction and identifying suitable upselling opportunities.

Candidate requirements

• Proven experience in phone-based sales techniques.
• Experience in luxury sales and/or customer service environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of consumer purchasing behaviour and customer motivations.
• Strong focus on lasting customer relationships and a seamless purchasing experience.
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented approach; able to remain calm under pressure and handle rejection professionally.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
