Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, capital allocation, and financial planning aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead M&A financial work from target evaluation and valuation through due diligence, structuring, financing, and integration.
• Assess investments; develop banking relationships; structure and negotiate funding facilities.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Lead consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and controls across group entities.
• Partner with business leaders on profitability and commercial decisions; build a high-performing finance team.
• Present performance, funding proposals, and investment recommendations to executive leadership and the board.

Required experience and qualifications

• Senior CFO or equivalent experience in a complex organization, with substantial international or multi-country exposure.
• Direct responsibility for significant M&A transactions and the full acquisition lifecycle.
• Established UAE and regional banking relationships and a track record securing and negotiating financing.
• Group finance, consolidation, treasury, and governance experience across multiple entities.
• Commercial judgment and experience engaging boards, shareholders, lenders, and senior external stakeholders.
• Recognized professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA, or equivalent.
