Role Description

The Leadership Development Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and refining leadership development programs that strengthen managerial capabilities across the organization.

Day-to-day tasks include assessing leadership competency gaps, developing learning roadmaps, and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and coaching interventions.

The role involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to align leadership initiatives with company strategy, monitoring program effectiveness, and recommending improvements based on feedback and data.

The Leadership Development Manager will also support succession planning, facilitate talent reviews, and provide guidance to managers on best practices in people development and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management skills, including planning, prioritization, and tracking of multiple leadership initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Training & Development and Training design, with experience delivering engaging in-person workshops and sessions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Leadership Development, including competency frameworks, learning paths, and succession planning.
  • Coaching experience, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support leaders at various levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., coaching, L&D) are an advantage.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is preferred, with familiarity in working in multicultural and multilingual environments.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage a part-time schedule effectively, and operate with a high degree of independence and integrity.
